Every recovery follows the same five steps, whether it is one laptop drive or a 12-drive server.
1. Book online or call
Book online and you get a job number by email straight away. Tell us what happened, what has been tried, and which files matter most.
2. We collect, or you ship
Across Los Angeles, the Inland Empire and Ventura County we collect or work on site. From anywhere else, ship the drive to us: see mail-in data recovery for packing.
3. Evaluation and fixed quote
An engineer diagnoses the fault and tells you what can be recovered, how long it will take and what it costs. Nothing more happens until you approve the quote.
4. Recovery from a copy
We image the drive sector by sector, repairing it first if needed, in the cleanroom if it has to be opened. Your files are recovered from that image, so your original is never put at further risk.
5. Check your files, then get them back
We send you a list of recovered files to check. Your data comes back on a new external drive or as a secure download, and our working copy is deleted once you confirm you have everything.
