How it works
- Book online or call. You get a job number by email, and we send our shipping address and the customs wording to use.
- Ship with an international courier and tracking. Declare the drive as a “used hard drive for data recovery, returned after service” with a low value.
- We evaluate the drive and send a quote. Payment is by card or bank transfer.
- Your data comes back on a new drive by courier, or as a secure download.
